We are an official supplier of Prostar Cricket, so every product we offer comes directly from the manufacturer. All the printing is done by our committed printing team at our premises, which stops mistakes and increases turnaround times. Our quality control department check through all goods that we despatch to make sure they meet our high standards.
Choosing The Right Size
We do not accept returns for personalised garments due to sizing issues. We recommend that you look at our size chart before ordering. Sample sizes of all the products listed on our website are available upon request. This will give you a better idea before ordering personalised kits. We do charge for samples, however they are 100% refundable on return providing they are in their original condition and packaging.
Getting your Logos to Us
You can send us your artwork via email to info@customcricket.com. If possible, please send us the logos in a CorelDraw format, ensuring that all text is converted to curves if not supplying fonts to help us process your order more efficiently. We can send you a proof of what your personalised kit would look like if required.
Delivery Times and Printing Times
Delivery times all depend on what you have ordered. It is generally 2 weeks to 4 weeks delivery, depending on stock, time of year, whether the garment is being embroidered etc...
We will keep you up-to-date with your order as it is being processed. We ship orders using UPS and are with customers within 48 hours of being despatched.
